Design and Planning Services

Founded in 2007, XionTech Design is an ambitious design-led multidisciplinary construction consultancy. We are inspired by how good design can fundamentally improve the way people live and work, whether on a domestic scale or within larger commercial projects.

We produce detailed architectural and technical drawings using the latest CAD and BIM software. The architectural drawings produced by our team allow the client’s design ideas to be developed into a coherent proposal in order to accelerate a smooth development through Planning and Building Control
