The Bishop's Avenue
The project comprised the redevelopment of an existing single dwelling to create 5 luxury flats and 3 luxury detached houses, all in keeping with the scale, quality, and style of the prestigious Bishop’s Avenue, part of the Hampstead Garden Suburb Conservation Area, North West London.
Weston Road
The proposal was to create a contemporary mixed-use building to maximize the potential for the site, where we created 2no. Retail units to the ground floor and 4no. Self-contained flats on the upper floors. The fall of the site and elevated position also posed further issues but were resolved with clever landscaping around the site. We managed to secure planning approval for the client in March 2022 enabling the client to move forward with the scheme
OPEN Energy Centre Manchester
XionTech remained involved in design aspects of the Octagon Project Energy Network, assisting the local community in reducing carbon emissions, in line with Manchester City Council’s targets to become carbon neutral by 2038. Key focus remained in designing a building that would positively contribute to the streetscape and offer a fresh new typology that speaks of its use and engages with the community.
